Insurance is one of the most complex consumer products on the market. Unless you are a trained professional, it is difficult to understand the details of a policy, let alone compare options with confidence. imSure wanted to change that by helping consumers make conscious, educated choices.

The problem archetype

The brief was to create a brand and digital experience that could educate the market without overwhelming it. Product details varied across insurers, so the comparison logic had to be consistent without oversimplifying coverage. The platform needed to earn trust quickly and guide users from confusion to a confident decision.

Our execution

We redesigned imSure’s brand identity and built an interactive learning experience around bite-size content. A fresh, approachable visual language made insurance feel less intimidating, while the UX structured comparison as an educate-first, compare-second journey rather than a data dump.

The outcome

An engaging, unique experience that captured attention and projected a friendly, easy-going brand. The visual identity was strong enough that the client adopted it across their mobile platform as well.
